What's included

Every launch customer gets the entire disbatch feature set — the same tools we plan to split across higher tiers in the future. Sign up now and you keep every feature at $19/month, permanently.

  • Hosted storefront at disbatch.app/your-shop
  • Unlimited orders and menu items
  • Deposit collection via Stripe
  • Cash-at-pickup toggle
  • Pickup and delivery scheduling with blackout dates
  • Cook lists and per-day prep summaries
  • Customer confirmation and status emails
  • Advanced order questions and per-item customization
  • Menu photos and emoji library
  • Order dashboard with mobile push notifications
  • Priority support during launch
  • Early access to new features

What isn't on the invoice

We don't charge per order, per transaction, or per customer. What Stripe charges for card processing (usually 2.9% + $0.30) goes to Stripe. What your customers pay you goes to you. Deposits, tips, and cash-at-pickup totals aren't reduced by a platform cut.

Grandfathered pricing, guaranteed

We may introduce a higher tier later as we add features aimed at larger operations. If we do, every account that signed up at $19/month during this launch phase stays at $19/month with full feature access — no forced upgrade, no feature removal. It's tagged on our end so a future pricing change can't accidentally touch your account.

Refunds and cancellations

Cancel from the billing portal at any time; your account stays active through the end of the current billing period, then downgrades. If you're mid-trial and change your mind, we won't charge you. If we billed you for a month you didn't intend to use, email hello@disbatch.app and we'll sort it out.

Who is disbatch for?

We built this specifically for home food operators — home bakeries, small catering operations, and meal-prep businesses. If you run a restaurant with POS and a payroll, this isn't the right tool. If you're one person taking pickup orders out of a residential kitchen, it fits.
