Your own hosted order page
Every disbatch account gets a public storefront at your own slug — disbatch.app/your-shop. Customers see your menu, pickup windows, and deposit rules in one place. No app to download, no login required for the buyer, and every order flows straight into your dashboard.
The storefront is responsive, fast on mobile, and always current with the items and hours you publish. When you close for the day, mark the shop closed and disbatch politely turns orders off until you're ready.
Deposits handled the way you already do them
Home food businesses lose real money to "I changed my mind" cancellations. disbatch lets you require a deposit at checkout — a fixed dollar amount or a percentage of the order total — and only accepts the order once the deposit is captured. See our full write-up on how deposit collection works.
Pickup scheduling that respects your kitchen
Set opening and closing times for each day of the week, block off holidays, and require advance notice so customers can't book a 12-layer cake for tomorrow morning. Every time slot honors your prep window automatically.
Sensible order limits
Cap daily orders so you don't wake up to 40 orders you can't fulfill. Cap total menu items so your storefront stays curated. On the Core plan we handle 40 orders per day and 10 active menu items; upgrade only when your kitchen actually needs more capacity.
Cash-at-pickup toggles
Not every home baker wants to process cards on every order. Toggle cash-at-pickup on or off per shop, and disbatch will show the option to customers at checkout while still capturing the deposit online if you want it.
Batch cook lists and prep views
The dashboard aggregates every order for a given pickup day into a single cook list — so you know exactly how many cupcakes, boxed lunches, or meal-prep containers to make. No more scrolling three group chats to add things up.
Customer communication built in
Every order confirmation, status update, and cancellation email is sent for you with your business name at the top. Customers get real order tracking. You get fewer "is my order ready?" texts.
Owner dashboard designed for one person
The whole app is designed around one operator doing everything. Orders, menu, pickup times, deposits, refunds, and settings all live in a single sidebar. No permissions, no seats, no admin console. Just your kitchen.
Fair, flat pricing
No per-order fees. No percentage cuts. You pay a flat monthly rate and keep every dollar customers pay you (minus Stripe's card processing fee, which goes to Stripe, not us). Compare plans on the pricing page.
